We bought our house with Stacy Gloster in late 2023 and can not speak highly enough about our experience. Stacy knew that we had a relatively tight timeline and made herself available day and night to answer our questions and show us homes. She was also excellent at providing recommendations for vendors, contractors, etc. The only downside of her finding us our forever home is that we won’t get to work with her again!

I worked with Stacy and Rachel and they were phenomenal. They were both very communicative, ensured we were able to settle within just a few weeks of accepting the offer, and were extremely organized. Stacy also had a great plan of selling my home - I went to three realtors before choosing her and I'm so glad I did. We were able to get 5-6 offers and accepted a cash offer that was over asking price within 3 days of listing the property. Finally, their organization paid off at closing when the buyer's agent had last minute monetary requests that Stacy was able to reject based on prior text messages and receipts of prior communications. I would highly recommend this fantastic duo to anyone and plan to use them again on my next real estate transaction.

David Maio Williams worked his magic and sold our house in 3 days!! The process seemed effortless and professional. He synced the timing of selling one and buying another into a smooth transition. His advice along the way was amazing and even returned a phone call to me during his Christmas family vacation. I was feeling stressed and anxious and he very calmly talked me through the problem. Writing this review is easily one of the most genuine things I could do. After many contacts with realtors, Ryan was by far the best. He was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive through our entire journey with him. He made one of the most stressful situations feel like a walk in the park and supported us house after house after house until we found our forever home. Any questions we threw at him he was able to provide an answer to. We purchased our house in the midst of Covid and he was SO ACCOMMODATING to everything.

I truly can't say enough wonderful things about working with Stacy Gloster Galbraith, from Matt Fetick's team, and her thoughtful care when she worked with me to sell my home in March 2020!
It was the first home I bought by myself, and selling it had an added layer of emotion. Stacy understood and helped me feel like I was working with a kindred spirit, throughout.
From our first consultation Stacy helped us plan and put together a rough timeline. She talked us through some update/design decisions to ensure we put our money towards meaningful projects that would add value to the home and help us settle with an attractive offer. The timeline Stacy recommended put us in a position to get on the market as the season was changing and demand was anticipated to increase.
With Stacy on our side, we went on the market by our planned date, offering a freshly updated home to potential buyers. We accepted an offer less than two weeks later and settled 30 days after that with a buyer we felt good about. As it was the very beginning of the pandemic, Stacy went out of her way to be as careful and flexible as possible when going to the non-traditional settlement table and it was smooth sailing from there.
My only regrets working with Stacy are the many months I put off writing this review about our experience working with her. Any needs that come up in life around real estate, we will head for Stacy first and couldn't recommend her more.

He went above and beyond expectations by identifying an appealing financing source to make our property more attractive and even offering some of his own commission to other brokers if they presented us with a successful contract. He and Rachel (their transaction manager) made showings, inspections, and closing a breeze.

Since this was our first time buying a house and we knew no one living in Delaware County, we started our home-buying process by scheduling viewings ourselves. We met Stacy at one of these viewings, and we are so happy we did. During our entire search, Stacy was our advocate.
